How Do I Place an Order? 

Simply go to gallery's store at  trocadero.com/maklaiheung to view a catalogue of our collection. 

 

Payment

*All prices  are shown in USD

We accept PayPal purchases of up for $ 2000.00 and will absorb their 4% surcharge at our expense. For purchase above this amount, we prefer bank transfers at the buyers' expense.

 

Shipping

Maklaiheung Gallery ships worldwide and will provide an estimate of the shipping and insurance costs at the time of purchase.

All items above $1000.00 will be shipped by courier; items under $1000.00 may be shipped by Canada Post with signed-for-delivery, or by courier if the purchaser so prefers.

 

Insurance 

The insurance will be automatically added unless the buyer advises us the insurance is not required, in which case, shipping will be at the buyers' own risk.

 

Return & Refund

There will be a 15 -day trial study and examination period, commencing with the date on which the item is received by the client. If the buyer feels that the item is not as described, the gallery will cheerfully refund the full purchase price provided the item is returned in the condition it was sent.  

* This period may be extended  if the client gives us good cause such as intending to have the item scientifically tested. The extension will be given only if it is arranged with Maklaiheung Gallery prior to sale.

 

Tax & Duty

Please note that the Maklaiheung Gallery is not responsible for any possible import restrictions  or taxes in other  countries.  Prior to purchase, please ensure  that there will be no issues with the import of the items. It is the customer's responsibility to comply with any local customs conditions or import duties.
